FROZEN COLD SLAW 
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. hold mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Bring to boil for 1 minute and cool. 1 med. carrot, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1 med. onion, chopped

Mix salt with cabbage and let set 1 hour. Then dry cabbage and get as much water out as possible. Add rest of ingredients and freeze.
