LAYERED COLD SLAW 
SLAW:

1 med. cabbage, sliced thinly
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, sliced & separated
1 sm. jar chopped pimiento, drained

Arrange in layers.

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed

Mix together, boil 2 minutes until sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables, cover tightly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

To Serve: Lift ingredients out of marinade dressing. Good second day. Yield: 10.
