1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. D. C. Protein Powder 1 1/2 tsp. non-fat dry milk 1 tbsp. Diet Lite Sweetener 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1/8 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring 1 apple, grated 2 tbsp. unprocessed bran Combine beaten egg, protein powder, milk, sweetener, soda and spices with vanilla. Beat well. Add grated apple and bran. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: entire recipe = 1 fruit, 1 oz. protein, and daily bran allowance. |
