MUSTARD CHEESE BREAD
1 oblong loaf, unsliced, french or sour dough bread
1/2 lb. melted butter
Dry onion flakes
1/2 lb. med. sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
Sesame seeds
Prepared mustard

Slice loaf in half lengthwise. Take one half and slice from center just to outer crust, but not through. Do this every 3/4 to 1 inch along loaf. Repeat with other half. Place on cookie sheet. Liberally spread on melted butter. Then liberally spread on prepared mustard. Sprinkle on a good layer of onion flakes and place shredded cheese on top, a nice thick layer, then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cut with a sharp knife through the entire loaf and bottom crust. Great with steak, chicken or fish!
