ITALIAN ZUCCHINI QUICHE | |
4 c. zucchini, peeled & sliced thin 2 tbsp. dried parsley 2 c. mozzarella shredded cheese 8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls 3 tbsp. dark mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic 3 eggs, well beaten 1/4 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. oregano Line dish with rolls. Spread mustard over dough. Cook zucchini for 10 minutes in butter. Blend in eggs and seasonings. Pour into dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes. If desired this can be topped with ground cooked sausage. |
