JOEL'S BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
1/2 gallon white vinegar
1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
1/3 bottle Karo light syrup
3/4 c. sugar
3-5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3-5 tbsp. Texas Pete hot sauce
2 freshly squeezed lemons
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste

Mix together in large pot. Bring to boil while stirring. Taste test; add seasonings as needed. Stores well in refrigerator.
