1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
6-8 oz. tomato paste
1 onion, diced
4 oz. vinegar
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. garlic salt
1 heaping tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. chili powder
2 shakes hot sauce or to taste

Mix all ingredients well. Great for barbeque beef sandwiches!
