1 c. butter
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan over low heat. Combine butter and chocolate. Melt stirring frequently. In bowl combine sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in chocolate mixture. Beat eggs and add to batter with vanilla. Stir until well blended. Line muffin tin with papers. Fill each 2/3 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting toothpick until it comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Makes about 18.
