ZUCCHINI SOUP | |
3 c. sliced zucchini 1 tbsp. instant onion or 1/4 c. fresh chopped 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 2 tsp. chicken stock base Cook all above together until zucchini is tender and small amount of water is left. Cool slightly and blend until smooth. Freeze at this point for later use. |
