BEEF & SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sour cream

Brown beef, add onions and mushrooms. Put frozen spinach on top. When spinach thaws, mix, add soup and seasoning and sour cream. Put in baking dish, cheese on top. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 305 degrees.
