PECAN MERINGUE PIE 
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
11 graham crackers, crushed (1 c.)
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Grease pie tin, set oven at 300 degrees. Beat egg whites and baking powder together until stiff. Beat in sugar slowly. Add crushed graham crackers and pecans. Pour into greased pie pan and bake 40 minutes. Let set overnight. Top with whipped cream or non dairy whipped topping.
