STIR FRY SHRIMP WITH ASPARAGUS 
1/2 c. chicken broth
3 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. fresh asparagus, bias cut
3 tbsp. water
1 lb. med. shelled shrimp, leave tails on
1/2 c. sliced green onion

Cut and measure all ingredients before starting to cook. Blend together sugar, cornstarch, chicken broth, sherry and soy sauce in small bowl; set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok until hot. Add garlic and asparagus. Stir fry 2 minutes. Add water. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add shrimp and stir fry 3 minutes or until asparagus is tender crisp. Stir cornstarch mixture and green onions into asparagus mixture. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Serve over Success Rice.
