CRAB MEAT SALAD 
1 1/2 c. fresh or canned King Crab meat
3 tbsp. French dressing
1 c. finely diced celery
Mayonnaise to taste

Let crab meat stand in French dressing 1/2 hour in refrigerator. Drain off dressing; to crab, add celery, then mayonnaise. Makes 4 servings.
