CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
8 chicken breasts
8 slices ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cream sherry

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Flatten chicken breasts and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put 1 slice each ham and cheese on chicken breast. Roll and secure with toothpick. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream and sherry. Pour over chicken.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Cover loosely with foil for first half hour.
