BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
2 tsp. fat
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. water
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. flour
Salt and pepper to season

Fry meat in flour, brown. Add water, onion soup mix, mushroom soup and sour cream. Simmer for about an hour. Serve over noodles.
