BANANA FROZEN SALAD 
4 bananas, chopped (cover with juice of 1 lemon)
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts or pecans
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well drained
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix and freeze in large flat dish or cake pan. Cut in squares and serve frozen.
