HOMEMADE CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. karo syrup
2 sticks butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 c. uncooked popcorn

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil; boil 5 minutes. Add baking soda and vanilla extract. Pour over popped corn.

Bake at 225°F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
