1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
7 c. flour
1/2 c. melted Crisco

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt, sugar, egg and oil. Mix in flour 1 cup at a time. Let rise until double in size. Punch down. Can be made into cinnamon rolls, loaves or coffee cake.
