MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH MACARONI
SALAD
 
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce

In large bowl whisk all ingredients until smooth. 1 c. shredded carrots 1 bunch radishes, halved & sliced 1 cucumber, peeled, quartered, seeded & sliced 1/4 c. sliced green onions 1/4 c. chopped parsley (opt.) 3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1 tbsp. dillweed

Cook macaroni according to package directions just until tender, drain. Rinse under cold water and drain again. Add to dressing. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Eat and enjoy!
