AMBROSIA SALAD 
3 oz. orange flavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. chopped pecans
3 oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
1 c. coconut
8 oz. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Add sugar and chill until mixture begins to thicken. Add other ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Serves 10 to 12.
