1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate fudge instant pudding
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in a greased tube pan for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 30 minutes before removing from pan.
