5 MINUTE MEXI-CHEESE SNACKS 
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 (12 oz.) jar picante salsa (medium)
1 loaf French bread
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
Sliced black olives

In a large mixing bowl, combine cheese and salsa. Stir until well mixed. Slice bread lengthwise. Cover each half of bread with cheese and salsa mixture. Broil 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add green chilies and sliced black olives if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
