MEXICAN TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. beef bouillon
2 tsp. dried minced onion
2 tsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic
3 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 head shredded lettuce
2 tomatoes, chopped
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 bag regular doritos, coarsely crushed

OPTIONAL:

1 can kidney beans
1 can black olives
1 pt. sour cream
2 or 3 chopped scallions

Brown beef in a pan. Drain and remove the fat. Add bouillon, minced onion, chili powder, garlic, oregano, water, salt and pepper. Cook meat mixture until liquid evaporated. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Assemble (put together) in this order: chips; beans; meat; tomato; lettuce; grated cheese.
