MEXICAN TACO SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce, shredded
1 lb. Longhorn cheese, chop into small bits
1 (15 oz.) can Old El Paso Mexi-beans, drain and chill
2 tomatoes, diced finely
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) bottle Kraft Catalina dressing
1 reg. pkg. Doritos, crushed

Mix cheese, beans, tomatoes, onion and dressing together, chill 1 1/2 hours. Before serving add lettuce and doritos. Serves 12.
