ORANGE BLOSSOM CAKES 
1 box yellow cake mix, Duncan Hines
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice

Put in small muffin pan.

Bake in a preheated 350°F.

While baking, grate the rind of 1 lemon and add to the juice of a lemon and the juice of 2 oranges and powdered sugar, to taste. Mix well together and dip still-warm cakes into this mixture; put on wax paper to dry.

These little cakes are good for a party or shower. Do not confuse these Orange Blossom Cakes with any commercially available pastries!
