HUNGARIAN COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add sour cream. Sift dry ingredients of flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add to first mixture.

TOPPING: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans; crumble. Spray 9"x13"x2" baking pan with Pam. Add 1/2 batter, 1/2 topping, rest of batter and last of topping. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
