WAFFLE NACHOS | |
1 (22 oz.) pkg. frozen fries (your favorite) 10 bacon strips, cooked crisp and crumbled 3 green onions 1 (6 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained (Pearls) 2 medium tomatoes, chopped 2/3 cup salsa 1-1/2 cups (about 6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 1-1/2 cups (about 6 oz.) shredded Monterey jack cheese dairy sour cream, for garnish Bake fries according to package directions. Fry up bacon and crumble. Put fries in a 10-inch oven-proof skillet or casserole dish. Top with crumbled bacon, onions, olives, tomatoes, salsa and cheeses. Bake at 375°F oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve topped with dairy sour cream. Submitted by: D.F. |
