CARROT RELISH CUPS | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O 1/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 tsp. lemon peel, shredded 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. carrots, shredded 1 c. apple (unpeeled), chopped Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in boiling water; add cream cheese and beat smooth. Stir in orange juice, lemon peel and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Add carrots and apples. Spoon into 6 or 8 individual molds and chill until firm or use a square Pyrex dish and cut into squares. |
