BARBECUED RIBS 
4 lb. spare ribs
1/2 c. celery, diced fine
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. ground mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper
Flour

Roll ribs in flour, salt and pepper. Put into pan. Mix the barbecue sauce and bring to a boil. Pour over ribs and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
