1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg, beaten
1 stick melted butter

Mix together and pour into 9"x13" greased pan and press firmly to form bottom layer. Mix together:

8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 box confectioners' sugar

Pour over top of other mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
