CAULIFLOWER AND ZUCCHINI PASTA 
1/2 head cauliflower, cut in sm. pieces
1 lg. zucchini, cut in sm. pieces with skin on
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. linguine
Seasoning salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Grated cheese to taste
Shredded cheese (optional)

In medium saucepan, combine cauliflower, zucchini, butter, seasonings and 1/4 cup water. Bring to a rapid boil. Reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes.

Prepare linguine, top with shredded cheese (optional). Spoon vegetables and juice over top and add grated cheese and pepper to taste.
