KIELBASA QUICHE (CULTURE SHOCK) 
4 hours before serving: chop up 3/4 lb. kielbasa in can of beer, let set.

1/3 c. onions
1/4 c. peppers or pimiento in lg. pie pan combine drained kielbasa
Onions
Peppers
2/3 (1 c.) grated cheese, any kind
1 c. sauerkraut, opt.

Set aside.

1 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mustard
1 c. milk
3 slightly beaten eggs

Mix with spoon until smooth. Pour over kielbasa mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
