NO CRUST GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 oz. German sweet baking chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts

In a saucepan melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. In a small bowl combine eggs, sugar, flour and salt. Do not over beat, just use electric mixer until blended. Fold in cooled chocolate mixture. Stir in the nuts. Pour into lightly greased and floured 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and more nuts.
