BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 bunch broccoli
8-12 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
3 long green onions
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
Garlic powder
Optional: 1 can cream of broccoli soup

Set pan of water with onions, garlic, salt and chicken. Cook chicken thoroughly; remove chicken. Cut broccoli flower parts into small pieces. Fry them in butter, place in blender with some of the chicken broth, and blend quickly.

Chop onions; add to broth. Cut cream cheese in pieces; soften in microwave. Put in blender; add a little broth to make it easier to blend. Pour everything into soup plus remaining butter and can of cream of broccoli soup, if desired. Cut stems of broccoli, blend them and add to soup. Simmer for 40 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
