15 MINUTE STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, 1/4 inch thick, cut in strips
1 (3 oz.) can or jar mushrooms, with liquids
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour

Heat oil, add steak and brown. Add 2/3 cup water and mushrooms with juice, stir in soup mix. Heat to boiling. Blend sour cream and flour. Add to meat, stir until it thickens. Sauce will be thin. Serve over noodles.
