BREAD PUDDING 
1 loaf French bread
1 qt. milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter, melt in pan

Melt butter in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Break bread into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 375 degrees until firm, 55-70 minutes.
