POT PIE 
Chicken
Chicken broth
2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. shortening
1 egg

Stew chicken and cut up in cubes. Cut shortening into flour and salt. Add beaten egg to dry ingredients. Stir in enough milk to make a soft dough. Roll half until it is very thin and cut into 2 inch squares. When chicken broth comes to a boil, add cut up chicken and squares of dough (one at a time). Stir frequently for about 1/2 hour.
