MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN PIE 
2 sticks butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. broth
1 pkg. frozen (soup mix) vegetables
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. chopped chicken

Melt in sheetcake pan 1 stick butter. Pour in vegetables, put chicken on top. Pour cream of chicken soup and 2 cups broth in saucepan. Bring to boil. Pour over vegetables and meat. Mix flour, buttermilk, and melted stick butter and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until brown.
