1 1/2 c. maple syrup
4 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water

Melt butter, add flour and mix. Add maple syrup and water. Let boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Cool off and put in pie crust. Serve with whipped cream.
