1 pkg. double stuffed Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding
Milk
2 med. containers Cool Whip
1 stick butter

Crumble 2/3 of Oreos on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter and pour over cookies. Mix cream cheese and 1 container of Cool Whip. Spread over cookies. Make pudding according to directions on package. Spoon over Cool Whip and cheese layer. Cover with remaining Cool Whip. Crumble other cookies on top. Simple and delicious!
