LAYERED CHILE DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can chile, no beans
1 c. Colby cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. white cheese (provel)

Spread cream cheese in microwave dish, 8 x 8 inches. Spread uncooked chile with no beans on top cream cheese. Add all cheeses, layer on layer. Cook in microwave about 5 minutes or until cheese bubbles. Serve with nacho chips (plain). Note: This can be made in any dish that fits and can also be made ahead and refrigerated until cooked.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
