SHRIMP MARINARA SAUCE 
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. chopped parsley
6 oz. can tomato paste
6 oz. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 lb. med. shrimp, shelled & cleaned
1 lb. cooked pasta

In a large frying pan, saute minced garlic, parsley and onion in olive oil for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Stir in remaining ingredients except shrimp; simmer for 20 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for about 10 minutes more. Serve over cooked pasta. Serves 4.
