CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter in bottom of baking dish
1 cup rice, precooked 10 minutes

Add: 1 can cream of chicken 1 soup can of milk

Mix all together. Lay 6 chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle 1/2 package dry onion soup and salt and pepper. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Don't peek!
