CHICKEN KABOBS 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 egg white

Mix chicken pieces with sauce, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours and stir occasionally.

Put on skewers with cherry tomatoes, green and red pepper, onion pieces and mushrooms. Broil or grill 4 to 5 minutes each side.
