OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. oat bran
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. honey
1 c. skimmed milk
2 tbsp. salad oil
4 oz. egg beaters (egg scramblers or any egg substitute)
4 oz. applesauce (or 1/2 c. chopped raw apples)
1/2 c. raisins

Will fill 12 muffin cups with paper liners. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Makes 1 dozen.
