OLD FASHIONED LEMON PIE 
4 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
Juice from 3 lemons
1 c. boiling water

Beat egg yolks; add sugar, flour and lemon juice. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add boiling water to first ingredients. Then fold in egg whites. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then 325 degrees for 20 minutes. (Mother's recipe.)
