ITALIAN SHELLS & KIDNEY BEANS 
6 oz. tomato paste
Oil
3 cans water, using paste can to measure
Onion powder
Oregano
Salt
1 can red kidney beans

Pour oil enough to cover bottom of pan and add paste. Cook 20 minutes, then add water, cook 20 minutes. Add oregano, salt, onion powder and can of kidney beans, juice and all. Let cook 5 more minutes. Boil medium size shells and pour over mixture. Serves 4 to 6. Good Eating!!
