MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. pecans
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) marshmallow fluff

Cream butter, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour and beat. Add nuts and coconut. Bake in 9x13 inch pan, 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. When done spread with marshmallow fluffy. Let cool and frost with:

FROSTING:

Boil 1 minute:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa

Beat in approximately 1/2 box of powdered sugar and 2/3 tablespoon hot coffee.
