PARMESAN POTATOES | |
1/4 c. butter 1 onion, sliced 1 sm. green pepper, seeded and sliced thin 1 clove garlic, crushed 4-5 med. potatoes, sliced thin (skins may be left on) 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Melt butter; saute onion, green pepper and garlic for about 3 minutes. Place sliced potatoes in casserole dish. Pour onion, etc. over potatoes. Microwave until fork tender -- about 20 minutes on HIGH. Can also be used in conventional oven. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and then 15 minutes uncovered. |
