BANANA BREAD 
4 eggs
2 c. mashed bananas
4 tbsp. butter, melted
4 c. sifted flour, either regular or wheat
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts (English walnuts or if possible, black walnuts)

Beat eggs; stir in bananas, sugar and melted butter. Stir together flour and salt and add to egg mixture. Dissolve baking soda in milk and add to flour and egg mixture. Stir in nuts and pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Always better the next day.
